Topshop Unique A/W 11 hit the runway with 'a feast of 1930s big city Americana'.
With Cruella De Vil as the collection's style icon, models flooded the catwalk with dalmatian spots, puppy noses & poodle - esque topknots.
I am too excited for the collection to reach the shops - 'a patchwork of old world glamour meets modern cool'.

Love this collection, I think the film 101 Dalmatians had a serious affect on how the world views this pattern. To me, because of the way Glenn Close plays Cruella De Vil, I think of an empowering and oppressive woman. Strong Sophisticated and Ruthless, this collection speaks to me in that way, and i don't know about you but imagine what you would see without that film? probably nothing a like what I just said.... good post x
